Situated in Vientiane, the small capital city of Lao PDR, ISCL is an independent, not-for-profit school offering the higher secondary & Business College program for students aged 16 and up. ISCL is the only school in the Lao PDR that follows a strict USA policy for students willing to prepare for the challenging world.
